Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dependable AZ / DZ / Class 1 Snow Plow Drivers for the seasonal winter months. In this vital role, you will operate snow plow trucks to ensure safe and efficient road clearing during snowstorms and winter weather conditions. Your proactive approach will help maintain safe transportation routes, support community safety, and keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Duties

- Operate snow plow trucks equipped with specialized blades to transparent snow and ice from roads, highways, and parking lots
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Coordinate with dispatchers to prioritize routes based on weather conditions and traffic needs
- Use heavy equipment operation skills to manage snow removal efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance on plow trucks as needed to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate logs of work completed, route details,



and equipment condition throughout shifts
- Follow all safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies during operations to ensure personal and public safety

Experience

- Valid AZ / DZ / Class 1 commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience operating snow plow trucks or heavy equipment in winter conditions preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques for snow removal and road maintenance
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues on-site
- Familiarity with forklift operation or freight handling is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and dispatchers
