Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread and pastries.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Package finished products for display or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling orders

Experience:
- Previous experience in a food handling or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:
- Proficient in various aspects of bakery operations, including mixing, baking,



and finishing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Robust organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
