Bar Supervisor

Your Role We're looking for a Bar Supervisor who is passionate about creating an exceptional bar experience and supporting a high-performing team. You'll help lead bar operations, ensure quality and consistency in drinks, and keep service running smoothly during busy shifts. Provide leadership during evening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth service and robust guest experiences.





Assist with bar operations and execution of beverage service.

Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through beverage promotions and seasonal features.

Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.

Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality.

What You

Bring 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.

Previous leadership experience in a bar or restaurant environment is an asset.

Strong decision-making skills to lead the team during service.

A guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a top-tier bar experience.
