Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations to uphold health standards
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary
- Handle cashing out customers efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records
- Support food service operations by assisting with serving food items when required
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or beverage service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in busy environments while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles within hospitality settings is a plus
