Join Our TeamWe’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle while driving inclusive, compliant, and high-performing HR practices.

Shape the Employee Experience Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Deliver engaging onboarding, training, and orientation programs
Support employees throughout their journey, from hire to exit Be a Trusted HR Partner Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and workplace concerns
Lead investigations and support conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy
Coach leaders on best practices and people management Drive HR Excellence Manage HRIS data, payroll updates, attendance, and reporting
Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
Maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and HR documentation Ensure Compliance & Best Practices Support compliance with Quebec pay equity and French language requirements
Act as a subject matter expert on applicable labour regulations
Manage decree respecting building services employees in province of QC (training will be provided) Develop and communicate clear, effective HR policies and processes Support a Thriving Workplace Contribute to health & safety initiatives and committee activities
Build partnerships with agencies and schools to attract top talent
Help create a positive culture through engagement programs and events What You Bring Bilingual in English and French (required)
Post-secondary education in HR or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
