We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a robust focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionality .

This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements, specifically in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications, focusing on payroll functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
- Document technical specifications, processes,



and user guides for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functionality.
- 5-7 Years of experience in software development, with a focus on Payroll systems.
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or software development are a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Familiarity with cloud based technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for SAP systems.
- Experience in project management or leading small teams.
