Compensation

- Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000 plus commissions
- On target first year earnings: approximately $70,000 to $80,000
- High performers have the opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually
- Commissions are guaranteed during your first six months with the company

What You'll Do You will develop new business opportunities, manage incoming sales inquiries, and build lasting customer relationships throughout the Greater Ottawa Area and surrounding territory . This role combines strategic prospecting with consultative selling to deliver customized solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Dedicate approximately 40% of your time to prospecting, 30% to converting inbound opportunities, and the balance to account development and customer visits.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop long term relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer activities and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications




- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of business development or prospecting experience.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Experience in consultative sales, rental, construction, industrial, or equipment related industries is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States for one week of training.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
