We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will oversee daily billing operations, including insurance claims, direct billing, orthotics billing and documentation, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing regulations.

The Billing

Manager will work closely with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure accurate, efficient financial processes and an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in medical or healthcare billing is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, direct billing, and orthotics billing is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and billing software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
