Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer About The Role We're looking for biology experts to help train and improve some of the world's most advanced AI models. If you have a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field — your knowledge is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter, more accurate, and more scientifically rigorous. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside leading AI research labs.
You'll apply your scientific expertise to real problems that directly shape how AI reasons through complex biology topics.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to benchmark AI performance
Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that test AI reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy and logical quality
Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation frameworks across a range of biology topics — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced Masters-level concepts
Provide structured,
expert feedback that directly improves AI model outputs Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to logic and accuracy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required — we'll set you up for success Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research benchmarking
Familiarity with large language models or AI systems
