Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge

Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with scientifically sound logic and explanations

Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning

Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology

Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance Who You Are Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry,



or a closely related field

Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains

Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously

No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed Nice to Have Experience in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows

Background in research, lab work, or academic writing
