Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific logic
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
Identify gaps and weaknesses in AI outputs across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks and improve model performance
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation and feedback
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience in data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
Familiarity with AI or language model workflows
