Software Requirements:
Microsoft Excel and similar (Google Sheets)
QuickBooks accounting software
Salesforce integrated management software
Specific list of duties:
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Accounts Receivable/Payables entry
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Account Reconciliations
Post journal entries
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Prepare trial balance of books
Reporting and Remitting monthly Source Deductions and quarterly HST
Various government reporting requirements as necessary
Following up with clients and suppliers for payment status where applicable. Effective interpersonal skills are a plus!
PLEASE NOTE that our location does require a source of private transportation as Speedway Trailers is not situated on a public transit route.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
