What you will do: Work with warehouse staff to prepare MTRs for all out going customer orders.

Scan and enter all MTRs / documents into data base for all incoming stock and sold items

Support when needed in the preparation of documentation packages and ensure all necessary documentation complies with industry regulations and customer specifications

Cover vacation time for warehouse administration

Pull and scan paperwork as requested by sales team

What you will bring: Strong data entry skills are required

Working knowledge of MS Office applications is required

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking

Consistently meets deadlines within a fast-paced work environment

Extreme attention to detail





Industry knowledge and/or experience is an asset
