Responsibilities: Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
Perform on-call emergency maintenance
Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
General common area and building maintenance
Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
Assist with snow removal Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required Experience and Educational Requirements: 2 years maintenance service experience required
3 years renovation experience an asset Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements: Ensure to have all tools on the tool list (list provided during interview)
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license
