-Successful candidate to start training on Monday August 17, 2026.

-Must be available to start shift at 9:00 am - 3pm daily, work independently, or in a team concept, approximately 5 days a week, year round employment. Occasional Saturdays / Sundays as needed.(2 Weekends a year in busy season) Probationary period - 6 months

-Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

-Must be bondable, and CPIC is required.(We pay for the CPIC for successful candidate.

-Excellent Customer Service, and Pleasant & Positive Attitude.

-Cleaning duties include but are not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing and detailed cleaning of the following:

-Tenant Apartments upon vacant-( including windows, kitchen, bathrooms, stoves, fridges), floors, stripping, and waxing, and reporting repairs to our Maintenance Department to complete.

-Hallways

-Offices

- Laundry Room

-Lobby -Windows

-Elevators

-Fire Stairwells

Other duties as required by Management

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
