About The Role What if your MBA — your deep knowledge of corporate finance, strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises executives and drives business decisions around the world? We're looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and train advanced AI models on the kind of complex, high-stakes reasoning that real business leaders rely on every day. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
No prior AI experience required — just serious business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Create rigorous, step-by-step responses including financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-grade strategic rationales that serve as gold-standard benchmarks for AI training
Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
Challenge Model Limits — Stress-test AI reasoning across domains like corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior, documenting every failure mode to harden model performance Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations and structured analysis
Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, flawed assumptions, and weak strategic logic A clear and confident analytical writer who can explain complex reasoning precisely
No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
Background in data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance systems
Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
