Job Title: Business Analyst - Intermediate

Location: Toronto, ON (HYBRID)

Duration: 5 Months

Client: Public Sector

- 5 years of Business Analyst experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business & technical requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR, Epics, User Stories).
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.
- Create current/future state process maps, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
- Collaborate with UX designers to convert user needs into business requirements.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
- Support QA/UAT by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and ensuring requirements traceability.
- Maintain project documentation, traceability matrices, RAID logs, and status reports.

Must-Have Skills

- Agile project delivery experience.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, NFR,



User Stories).
