About the Role

Madison Village Long Term Care is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Manager to join our growing remote team in Canada.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing information, improving processes, supporting business decisions, and working with different teams to achieve company goals.

You do not need to have a perfect background to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data
- Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team performance
- Support decision-making through data analysis and research
- Monitor business performance and track key metrics
- Collaborate with different departments to improve processes
- Assist with planning, documentation, and project coordination
- Help develop solutions to operational challenges
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment




- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and digital tools
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Previous experience in business analysis, management, healthcare administration, operations, or project coordination is an asset but not required.
