- Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and clients will be impacted by future development with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization.

- Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.

- Collaborate, review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.

- Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.

- Solid background analyzing system data flows, procedural programming, and SQL for database querying and optimization.
