BX Studio is looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive new business growth. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, leading discovery conversations, managing pipeline, coordinating proposals, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff into delivery. The ideal candidate has experience selling digital agency services, understands website projects, and is strong in communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with BX Studio’s services.

● Lead discovery and qualification conversations with prospective clients.

● Manage pipeline, follow-up, and opportunity progression.

● Coordinate proposals, scopes, and supporting sales materials.





● Build strong relationships with prospective clients.

● Partner with internal teams to align sales conversations with delivery capabilities.

● Ensure clear handoff and documentation once opportunities close.

● Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting.

Who You Are Required

● 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account growth.

● Experience in a digital agency or similar environment.

● Experience selling digital agency services and managing opportunities through discovery, proposal, and close.

● Familiarity with general CMS (Webflow preferred).

● Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

● Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.

● Robust organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bonus:

● Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.

● Experience contributing to proposals, scopes, or statements of work.
