LIC Language Intelligence Corporation (Language Intelligence) is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI platform, Fluent, and our portfolio of enterprise language intelligence solutions.

This is a true hunter role for a sales qualified who thrives on opening doors, building executive relationships, and closing transformational deals. If you have successfully sold AI, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions and enjoy turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and public sector organizations.
- Build relationships with C-level executives, innovation leaders, procurement teams, and government stakeholders.
- Position Fluent and Language Intelligence's AI-powered solutions as strategic enablers of operational efficiency, multilingual communication, and digital transformation.
- Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Represent Language Intelligence at industry conferences, networking events, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of successful enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions sales experience.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and generate net-new business.




- Experience selling into enterprise organizations and/or government agencies across North America/Canada.
- Strong executive presence, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning.
- Experience with AI, automation, language technologies, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong asset.
- Experience in data management and analytics using CRM systems
- Language requirements: English and French
