Company Description
SecureRx Technologies Inc. builds enterprise-grade medication vision intelligence for organizations that manage medications in regulated, high-volume environments. The company applies computer vision to medication verification, transforming manual visual checks into structured, image-backed evidence that enhances accuracy and traceability. SecureRx's adaptable technology supports pharmacy operations, specialty and patient-direct fulfillment, pharmaceutical inspection, and healthcare software integrations through API-enabled vision intelligence.
Founded by pharmacists and focused on regulated healthcare environments, SecureRx is developing the visual evidence layer that underpins safer, more effective, and auditable medication workflows. Role Description
This is a Business Intelligence Analyst role at SecureRx Technologies Inc., a permanent entry-level position, remote within Canada. Where our data team focuses on datasets and model evaluation, this role owns the reporting layer: designing and maintaining the BI dashboards that pharmacy customers and internal teams rely on, defining and tracking product and operations KPIs (verification volumes, turnaround times, adoption and usage metrics), and turning raw platform data into clear, decision-ready reporting. The analyst will build reports in a modern BI tool, write the SQL behind them,
keep metric definitions documented and consistent, and work directly with the founders and customer-facing teams to answer the questions that matter: which workflows are being used, where accuracy and efficiency are improving, and what customers should see in their own reporting.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and mentorship in a regulated healthcare environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include dashboard design and maintenance, KPI definition and tracking, customer-facing reporting support, and ad-hoc analysis for product and operations decisions. Qualifications
- Solid analytical fundamentals: comfort with spreadsheets and at least basic SQL.
- An eye for clear, honest data presentation — charts and dashboards people actually use.
- Careful documentation habits: metric definitions, assumptions, and data sources written down.
- Ability to explain findings in plain language to non-technical colleagues.
- A degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Tableau) or healthcare data is an asset.
- Interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or patient safety is an asset. Compensation
CA$55,000–CA$68,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Permanent, remote within Canada.
