Lead the Men’s Recovery Program as the Campus Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Thunder Bay. This full-time role combines operational oversight with spiritual mentorship within a Christ-centered environment. As the Campus Manager, you will provide leadership and operational management for addiction recovery services.

Your role focuses on fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and servant leadership among staff and volunteers. You will ensure program excellence, monitor client progress, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise campus staff and volunteers
- Monitor program outcomes and client progress
- Ensure safety and compliance with health standards




- Oversee operational needs and budget accountability
- Build relationships within the community and faith-based partners Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- Leadership experience in addiction recovery or ministry
- Current First Aid Certification required
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
