- Directly oversee Strengthening Families Program operations
- Support families with aftercare plans for successful transitions

- Build team-oriented relationships with community departments
- Attend Integrated Team Meetings to discuss case needs Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW)
- Two years supervisory experience in child services
- Strong experience with Indigenous communities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
