What You'll Do This role is responsible for safely completing the following tasks:
pot and soil preparation staking and bagging plants in the greenhouse harvesting / hand threshing greenhouse room cleaning and housekeeping
Actively follow safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Timely complete tasks as assigned from technicians, agronomists, and plant breeders to meet business objectives
Demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm to complete other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business
What You'll Bring A High School diploma or equivalent certificate is required An engaged safety-first mindset
Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions for the majority of work shift
Able to stoop, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completion of assigned workload
Attention to detail when completing data tracking activities
Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish
Apply critical thinking in problem solving scenarios
Interpersonal effectiveness to collaborate with colleagues and leaders
Organized approach to completing work in alignment with priorities
