We are seeking a motivated and energetic Catering Cook to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals in a fast-paced catering environment. Your expertise in food handling, meal preparation, and food safety will ensure that every dish meets high standards of quality and taste.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in meal assembly and portioning for catering events, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, preparation, and kitchen safety practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food industry or restaurant settings.
- Valid Food Safe Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, meal preparation techniques, and food industry best practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service is preferred but not required.
