Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time/ Part time Tearista. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while providing exceptional service and high-quality tea experiences. As a Tearista, you will have the opportunity to share your love for tea and contribute to a vibrant community environment.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare a variety of beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and service areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service during peak hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to create a positive experience for guests.

Operating Hours & Availability

- Should be available to work during store hours
- Must be able to work on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
- Opening shifts can be starting early as 9am, and closing shifts ending at 11:30pm
