Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems to test and challenge AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and organic chemistry
Develop transparent, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding
Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
Provide structured written feedback that helps AI systems reason better about science Who You Are Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong problem-solving ability across advanced chemistry domains
Able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI or data annotation experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with scientific benchmarking or academic research workflows
