- Assess health needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications including injections and IV therapy
- Monitor patients and perform ongoing assessments
- Provide assistance with personal care, including hygiene needs
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent patient needs Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RPN diploma or RN degree required
- Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
