Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, hallways, conference rooms, and other shared facilities
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to promote environmental sustainability
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or additional maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or issues requiring attention




- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed promptly to support a clean and healthy environment

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services, preferably in commercial settings
- Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and pressure washers
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance needs effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning schedules and facility requirements
