I'm looking for a confident, professional communicator to become the first point of contact for potential clients interested in my virtual assistant and social media management services.

Your role will be to handle discovery calls, learn about each client's needs, answer questions about my services and experience, qualify leads, and help determine whether we're a good fit. You'll also summarize each call so I have everything I need to move forward through written communication.

Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Build rapport and create a great first impression.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client goals and challenges.
- Explain my services, experience, workflow, and pricing using the materials and training I'll provide.
- Address common questions and objections professionally.




- Take detailed notes after every call.
- Coordinate next steps and follow up with qualified leads.
