Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information

Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom

Introduce online educational programs and live leadership events

Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

Provide information using a structured communication framework

Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to manage workflow and client communication





Participate in ongoing business training and professional development
