Lead the cultural growth of Cochrane as the Arts and Culture Manager. This role emphasizes strategic development, community engagement, and strong relationship building to enhance local heritage and creativity. The Town of Cochrane is seeking a Manager for Arts, Culture & Heritage Services.

This position focuses on implementing the Parks, Culture & Active Living Master Plan and enhancing community identity through arts and heritage. Bringing together diverse stakeholders, you will develop programs and partnerships that foster cultural vitality while shaping public spaces and civic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Cochrane's Parks, Culture & Active Living Master Plan
- Develop policies and partnerships in arts and culture




- Support the Community Grants Program initiative
- Build strong relationships across community sectors
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and Council Requirements:
- Experience in strategic planning and policy development
- Knowledge of municipal governance and community development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes independently
