Compliance Risk Assessment Analyst — Montreal | Contract

Soho Square Solutions is hiring a Compliance Risk Assessment Analyst for a leading global banking institution in Montreal.

You'll help build and maintain risk assessment databases, questionnaires, and control documentation, run QA reviews for consistency and completeness, support corrective action plan tracking, and contribute to reporting and presentations for governance bodies. You'll report administratively to a Compliance manager in Montreal, with functional reporting to the Head of Compliance Risk Assessment based in NYC/NJ.

What you bring

1-3 years in financial services or a self-regulatory organization (Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or data analytics)

BA/BS degree required

Solid Excel skills, including advanced formulas, and comfort with structured and unstructured data

Sharp writing skills — you can summarize results concisely and substantively

Working proficiency in English (French + English also accepted)

Comfortable under deadline pressure, and collaborative across front and back office

Standard office hours, Monday to Friday. Based in downtown Montreal.
