Responsibilities As a Compliance Officer your key responsibilities will include: Support with the quality management and quality improvements for the business.

Monitor, audit and provide assistance with compliance assurance. Prepare and present audit results and findings report to the office teams and registered managers in the office on a regular basis.

Have an understanding of all regulations,



practices and procedures within the domiciliary care sector.

Utilise experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to improve compliance within the business.

To keep up to date with Bluebird Care policies and procedures and best practice, ensuring our ways of working are based on current best thinking and practice.

To support with implementing and monitoring of compliance management and improvement to systems and processes.
