NorthForm Concrete & Construction Ltd. is hiring experienced concrete finishers/labourers to join our growing team. We complete commercial concrete projects, excavation, and steel building erection throughout Southwestern Ontario, while also taking on select residential concrete projects.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in concrete flatwork finishing.
- Experience with excavation, grading, and site preparation.
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to regularly lift and carry 60+ lbs.
- Willing and able to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.
- Comfortable staying out of town for extended periods when required.
- Experience operating construction equipment is considered an asset.
- Experience with steel building erection is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial concrete work, along with select residential projects.
- Complete flatwork including foundations,



shop floors, garage slabs, driveways, walkways, aprons, loading docks, and agricultural pads.
- Excavate, grade, and prepare job sites.
- Set forms and install rebar, vapor barriers, expansion joints, and other reinforcing materials.
- Place, screed, float, edge, broom, and power-trowel concrete to high-quality standards.
- Read and follow grades, elevations, and project specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Assist with steel building erection when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel to job sites throughout Southwestern Ontario, including overnight stays on larger projects when necessary.
