As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Manager to become a key part of our leadership team. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, lead a crew, solve problems, and help build a company with a long-term vision.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and supervise a construction crew on site.
- Coordinate daily work and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Communicate with management regarding project progress.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Represent the company professionally with customers and suppliers.

Experience Experience in three or more of the following is required:
- Agricultural construction
- Post-frame construction
- Steel roofing and siding
- Steel building erection
- General carpentry
- Equipment operation

Previous experience leading a crew is a significant asset.
