The primary responsibility of this role is content repurposing and distribution. We already create high-quality, evidence-based blog articles. Your job is to maximize the reach and value of every piece of content by transforming each blog into multiple formats for different platforms.

For Every Published Blog, You Will Create 5-10 engaging social media posts using key takeaways.

Design branded graphics and quote cards in Canva.

Create carousels and infographics that summarize important concepts.

Develop short-form video scripts (30-90 seconds) for Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts using the blog content. (If we later add video production, these scripts become ready-to-record assets.)

Generate AI-assisted video clips or animated content when appropriate.

Create Pinterest pins linking back to the blog.

Optimize and upload content to WordPress, including SEO titles, meta descriptions, alt text, categories, tags, and internal links.

Repurpose content into downloadable resources such as PDFs, checklists, or printable guides when appropriate.

Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms using our content calendar.





Maintain a content library to ensure every blog has been fully repurposed and distributed.
