Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and employees.
- Oversee dairy herd health, feeding, breeding, and animal welfare.
- Monitor robotic milking systems and farm equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist with crop, forage, and feed management.
- Ensure safe work practices and maintain high operational standards.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day farm issues
Qualifications:
- Previous dairy farm supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with dairy cattle, agricultural equipment, and robotic milking systems is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Valid driver's licence.
