The cook position involves preparation of food whether ordered from the customer as a finished menu item product or in a preparatory form via chopping, thawing, weighing, portioning etc via company approved methods. Other duties include opening and closing the kitchen, routine cleaning whether it is dishes, restaurant equipment or flooring alerting the person responsible for ordering product(s) reach specified critical levels as well as any and all requests of a reasonable nature.
