Reporting to Sr Supervisor, US Truck, the Coordinator, US Truck is responsible for managing US Ag truck shipments in accordance with Nutrien’s sales and internal transfer plans. This requires effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a robust customer-focused approach.

What You'll Do Coordinate/Execute daily dispatch of midstream truckload orders to carriers

Ensure delivery of loads in the most economical manner by assisting with rate negotiations, verifying freight rates, and communicating and monitoring service level expectations





Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, CX and internal/external stakeholders to ensure supply needs are met including customer deliveries and internal transfer plans

Communicate regularly with carriers to build strong working relationships

Develop and maintain carrier files, to include valid insurance requirements, valid carrier agreements, safety records, and service issues

Steward toward the annual truck budget

Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring 2+ years logistics and/or supply chain experience

Minimum high school diploma with valid work experience, or bachelor’s degree

Experience with the US trucking industry an asset

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Solid communicator and team player

High attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task

Desire to be accountable for results
