Responsibilities for Corporate Security Guard Lead, coach,



and support security staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance with site procedures. Oversee access control, visitor management, and daily security operations. Conduct inspections and patrols to identify risks and ensure a safe environment.

Coordinate incident response, emergency situations, and first aid as required. Review reports, maintain documentation, and communicate security concerns to stakeholders. Monitor security systems and ensure equipment issues are reported and resolved promptly.

Foster strong client relationships while promoting a skilled and customer-focused security culture.

Qualifications for Corporate Security Guard Authorized to work in Canada with

Holding a valid BC Security License

Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract ( required )

OFA 1 First Aid Certification ( required )

Minimum 6 months of Security supervisor experience

Strong report writing and technology skills

Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus

Alert, detail-oriented, with robust situational awareness

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Exceptional customer service skills This could be more than a job!
