Elevate corporate governance expertise as a Corporate Governance Coordinator with ESA. This full time role focuses on Board administration and ensures effective support for Board meetings and legal services. The Coordinator for the Office of the Corporate Secretary provides essential administrative support to ESA’s Board of Directors and Legal Department.

With a high degree of discretion and judgement, you will manage Board logistics, prepare confidential materials, and ensure compliance with governance processes. This role requires collaboration with Committee Chairs and involves the use of governance technology, including Diligent. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft Board agendas and attend Committee calls
- Manage and upload files to the Diligent portal




- Attend meetings to provide in-room support
- Archive corporate records in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate expenses and reconciliation for Board members Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 5 years in corporate administration
- Experience with governance platforms like Diligent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Freshworks
