Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, satire, and more

Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement

Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, inconsistent characterization, or structural issues

Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more human, compelling prose





Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are A genuine love of reading and writing across a range of styles and genres

Strong command of the English language with an intuitive sense of good prose

Ability to evaluate writing quality critically and explain your reasoning clearly

Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with consistency
