At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Customer & Digital Experience

Specialist to join the Power Bus Way Team. This role is based in Mississauga,

Ontario. Will also consider a fully remote arrangement if ideal candidate is not within driving distance of Mississauga office but must reside in either the eastern or central time zones. The Customer & Digital Experience Specialist supports the execution of CX and DX priorities, projects, and day-to-day operational needs by helping maintain customer-facing content, supporting website and digital operations, and contributing to practical tools, workflows,

and content improvements that support adoption and reduce friction. This role helps ensure customers and internal teams have accurate, easy-to-find, and actionable digital resources. The role also helps translate VOC, website feedback, field insights, usage data, and business requirements into transparent content, improved workflows, and customer-focused digital enhancements.

Work Arrangement: Candidates living within commuting distance of our Mississauga office will be expected to work on-site. For qualified candidates located outside the commuting area, we are open to considering a remote work arrangement based on business needs and role requirements.
