Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customers, sales, excellent communication skills, and consistent with their effort.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals by providing excellent service and sales retention
- Utilize a CRM system to track and analyze sales data
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Experience

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, preferably in energy commodity or energy services sales or related field
- Strong understanding of inside and direct sales and business development processes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in energy commodity sales
- Experience in energy services sales





- Customer service experience

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
