Position Overview

Location: Regina, SK or Saskatoon, SK

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Join Our Team We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our rental operations in either Regina or Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find the right equipment and solutions for their projects. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting rental, sales, and administrative activities.

What You'll Do

Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service at the rental counter

Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone

Promote and sell rental equipment, products, and services

Prepare rental and sales agreements and contracts

Process equipment returns and close rental contracts accurately

Assist customers with equipment availability, pricing, and product information

Utilize internal systems to manage customer transactions and equipment inquiries

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records

Support equipment servicing activities as required

Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time

Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

What You'll Bring

Several years of direct sales and customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships

Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Understanding of construction projects,



job site requirements, and equipment applications is considered an asset

Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of a diverse rental equipment fleet

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

Proficiency with computer systems and business applications

Flexible and adaptable with a solid team-oriented approach
