Location: Saint-Hubert, Québec (near Quartier DIX30)

Rate: CAD $23-$26/hour + Commissions $

Type: Full time

Start: As soon as you’re ready

? What You’ll Be Doing

Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions

Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately

Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community

Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed

Develop new business and renewals — make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships

Promote and propose our training courses

Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills in French & English, spoken + written

Experience with customer support via phone/email





Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, cross-sell

Strong prioritization skills & result-driven mindset

? Bonus If You Have:

Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Win 10, macOS, Android, iOS)

Experience learning new software and training others

Knowledge of major web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

Experience with help-desk and electronic communication tools
