What You'll Do The Customer Service Representative Will Ensure a Positive Customer Experience With Haulla Services By Collaborating With Affiliates To Address And Resolve Customer Issues. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

- Organizing and managing pick-up schedules.
- Ensuring timely and efficient service through effective communication with customers and Affiliates.
- Resolving missed pick-up issues and handling other customer service concerns in a timely manner.
- Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and proactively suggesting improvements to systems or business processes.
- Managing assigned tickets on a daily basis.

- Native-level English Fluency: You must be able to communicate naturally and fluidly with U.S.-based clients and partners.
- Full-time Commitment: Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM–3 PM PST), Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- Please note: Following your start, there will be a 2-week paid probationary period to ensure a mutual fit.

Compensation

- Base pay: USD $4/hour
- Performance-based commission structure
