We are seeking a talented and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at David’s Restaurant for the 2026 season.

PAY: $22.00 per hour JOB TYPE: Full-time, Seasonal Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service flow

Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive and personalized service while setting a high standard for the team

Support, coach, and coordinate front-of-house team members to maintain smooth and timely service

Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and team performance throughout each shift

Maintain a clean, organized,



and welcoming dining environment Skills, Abilities And Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members

Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment

Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant is considered an asset

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This is a seasonal position, running until October. There may be an opportunity to transition to a year-round position at another Rodd property for the winter season.
